CARNMORE HOTEL TAKAPUNA

Rates are quoted and charged in NZD inclusive of GST at the current rate. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Packages and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. The accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure. You will be required to provide a credit card at check-in which will be preauthorised for the total cost of the stay. Or if you wish to pay by either eftpos or visa/MasterCard debit card or cash a NZD 200 bond and the total room charges are payable on arrival. The bond will be refunded less any additional charges on departure. There may be occasions and special events when the hotel has a higher bond requirement. Individual reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card. Promotions that have their own Cancellation policies will not be subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. CARNMORE HAGLEY PARK

Please note we will take payment from your card in accordance with the booking policy you have selected. For our flexible bookings we will charge the full amount of your booking within 48 hours of your check-in date. For our Non-Refundable Pre-paid rates we will charge the full amount of your booking immediately. Where payment is declined we will contact you and provide 24 hours notice to update your payment. If we are still unable to take payment after this period we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
